- Tech Team’s #881 – 65-pound capacity 3 point wall hanging hook is an excellent solution for hanging all types of heavy picture and mirror frames, posters, tapestry, wall art and clocks. It provides maximum weight bearing with minimum penetration of the wall, just 3, almost invisible, 1.3mm holes.Keep in mind that the ability of any picture or mirror frame wall hanging hook to support weight is closely tied to the structural stability and condition of the wall’s framing and the drywall, lath, plaster, or paneling. The closer you can locate your hook to an internal wall stud the better the result. Please take a moment to view he short video we have prepared as it will provide additional insight.Each hook is made from brass plated heavy gage stamped steel with 3 directional collars that position and angle the 3 nail/pins at exactly the correct angle to give maximum support.The set includes 12 super strong 65 lb. capacity hooks and 36 – 22mm long blued heat-treated, tempered steel nail/pins each with a surgically sharp point and a fluted knurled head for ease of insertion. The knurled head makes it easy to remove the reusable pins and save them for future projects. Hooks and pins are reusable and only leave tiny pin holes that can easily be filled.
